Welcome to my academic homepage. I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of New Orleans. My research interests include bioinformatics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. I lead the Bioinformatics & Machine Learning (BML) Lab, focusing on protein structure prediction and metabolic network-based biofuel production in algae.
